Sent an incomplete open box item (supposed to have all the parts) and their online customer service is terrible. Their response standard is 5 days but their return standard is only 15 days!Won't be ordering from them again.Also, the 2nd item in my order is still showing processing 7 days later.....It was listed as in stock onlineI think Henry's has gone to $h!t since being purchased by private equity in 2023.
