As a first-time customer, I ordered jeans in a 28in waist. They arrived and were far too large, almost a 38in waist. The label said 28in. Unless I've magically lost half my waistline, the sizing was incorrect. It's disappointing as the jeans looked nice. I don't want to wear braces or become a clown. The item has been returned, though I was charged for it, which was frustrating.
