Extremely disappointing customer service.

I have never encountered such poor customer service. After placing my order, I reached out right away to update my address, but they ignored all my messages. One of the representatives assured me it would be addressed, yet nothing changed. Due to their oversight, my package was sent to the incorrect address, and I never received it.

Disappointing sizing issue

As a first-time customer, I ordered jeans in a 28in waist. They arrived and were far too large, almost a 38in waist. The label said 28in. Unless I've magically lost half my waistline, the sizing was incorrect. It's disappointing as the jeans looked nice. I don't want to wear braces or become a clown. The item has been returned, though I was charged for it, which was frustrating.
