My partner and I worked with Shaye, a manager at Hera, in designing an engagement ring. We went into the Pasadena showroom inside of a coworking space, and Shaye was extremely friendly and open to our questions about all things ring-related. We were total novices when it came to rings so it was helpful for Shaye (clearly an expert) to fill us in all the nuances of rings (e.g. carats, karats, prongs, etc.). The process went very smoothly and, after 8-10 weeks of production, we just got a video of the final ring (it's being mailed soon to us). The final product turned out even more beautiful than that CAD designs, so I am highly impressed with the level of professionalism and final product that Hera offers. I highly recommend Hera Jewelry.
