The team provided fantastic assistance to my fiancé and me throughout our search for the perfect ring. I came in with a clear idea of the type of stone I wanted and an interest in the unique vintage details offered, but I wasn't certain about the design. Initially, I wanted to create a custom ring, but after exploring several options during a consultation, I fell in love with the comfortable feel and antique touches of the Oliver ring – I realized nothing I could design would compare! The representative from the showroom was patient and responsive as I tried on different stone options and kept us informed about the production process. Thank you for everything!

In choosing an engagement ring, my partner and I wanted to prioritize a unique design, conflict-free materials and a truly durable piece that I can wear throughout my normal life without stress. We worked with Shaye and the rest of the design team to create an absolutely gorgeous bespoke ring with an Asscher cut diamond and peach sapphire, padparadscha sapphire, and ruby gradient emerald cut side stones. It's very special to have a ring that represents my own tastes so well and makes me feel like myself! I've been following Hera on social media since long before my partner and I were discussing marriage because I wanted to find a ring I was truly proud to wear and that represented both my personality and my values. Still, I was thrilled at the quality of customer service after we were ready to start ring shopping. If you think choosing your own engagement ring ruins the magic, you should spend a few months getting emails with ring updates—it makes the engagement process so much more exciting and fulfilling and you get the perfect ring at the end! Shaye took detailed notes about all of my preferences during our consultation, and suggested the gradient side stones and half bezel setting that make my ring so beautiful and unique. My partner and I worked with Shaye, a manager at Hera, in designing an engagement ring. We went into the Pasadena showroom inside of a coworking space, and Shaye was extremely friendly and open to our questions about all things ring-related. We were total novices when it came to rings so it was helpful for Shaye (clearly an expert) to fill us in all the nuances of rings (e.g. carats, karats, prongs, etc.). The process went very smoothly and, after 8-10 weeks of production, we just got a video of the final ring (it's being mailed soon to us). The final product turned out even more beautiful than that CAD designs, so I am highly impressed with the level of professionalism and final product that Hera offers. I highly recommend Hera Jewelry.
I worked with Shaye to create an engagement ring for my partner! She was extremely knowledgeable and responsive! She answered ALL (trust me, there were many) my questions and even gave me complimentary overnight shipping to ensure the ring made it on time for the proposal!
