Terrible experience! The item was excessively large with odd proportions. When I tried to return it, I discovered the company is actually located in Shanghai, not London as advertised. Returning the item would cost £21, while I only paid £30 for it! Such a waste of time. I’m frustrated I didn’t check reviews before placing my order.
