I ordered a dress nearly a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I requested a refund two weeks back, and they claimed to have processed it, but I have received neither the refund nor the dress. Complete scammers! Avoid purchasing anything from them.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM! I purchased a jacket but realized it was a mistake after checking reviews! Four weeks have gone by, and I still haven't received the jacket. I contacted the service, and they kept assuring me it would arrive. Eventually, I requested to cancel my order, and they promised a refund. Now, another month has passed, and I still have not received my refund!
Terrible experience! The item was excessively large with odd proportions. When I tried to return it, I discovered the company is actually located in Shanghai, not London as advertised. Returning the item would cost £21, while I only paid £30 for it! Such a waste of time. I’m frustrated I didn’t check reviews before placing my order.

I ordered in mid-November and have yet to receive my item! The customer service is dreadful! I cannot recommend this service—don’t throw your money away! The website also falsely claims they are based in London. I regret not researching more before making my purchase!
I ordered shoes with a promised 2-3 day 'express' dispatch time. No shoes have arrived, and after sending two emails to cancel my order and request a refund, I have received no response. The items were not as advertised. There are fake reviews on the website. I ordered a leather coat that took a while to arrive, and when it did, it was clearly not leather but plastic! It was marketed as 'crafted from premium leather'—complete nonsense. The quality is very poor. If you want to return it, they only offer a 30% refund due to a restocking fee, and you have to cover the postage. You can keep the product, but the refund will still be just 30%. Avoid this service.
