The items were not as advertised. There are fake reviews on the website. I ordered a leather coat that took a while to arrive, and when it did, it was clearly not leather but plastic! It was marketed as 'crafted from premium leather'—complete nonsense. The quality is very poor. If you want to return it, they only offer a 30% refund due to a restocking fee, and you have to cover the postage. You can keep the product, but the refund will still be just 30%. Avoid this service.
