I ordered shoes with a promised 2-3 day 'express' dispatch time. No shoes have arrived, and after sending two emails to cancel my order and request a refund, I have received no response. The app I used for the purchase still shows the order as being prepared. It has been 14 days now. This is a scam. DO NOT USE!
