This company is the worst I've ever ordered from. I received the wrong item, and rather than taking responsibility, they refused to issue a proper refund. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to tell me that I must return the product at my own expense, meaning I not only pay for the return but also lose the money I already spent. So let me get this straight: they send the wrong item, they make the mistake, and the customer has to pay for it. This is completely unacceptable. The customer service is terrible, showing zero accountability and a clear lack of respect for customers. The whole process feels dishonest and exhausting, as if they are trying to make refunds so difficult that you just give up. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Wrong items, no genuine refunds, and policies that punish the customer for the company's mistakes. Avoid at all costs.
