This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a service. I received the incorrect item, and instead of acknowledging their error, they refused to provide a proper refund. To make matters worse, they insisted that I return the product at my own cost, meaning I not only pay for the return but also lose the money I initially spent on the item. So, to clarify: they sent the wrong item, they made the error, and yet the customer has to bear the cost. This is utterly unacceptable. The customer service is appalling, showing no accountability and a blatant disregard for customers. The entire experience feels dishonest and draining, as if they are intentionally making the refund process so challenging that you might just give up. I would strongly advise against using this service. Incorrect items, no genuine refunds, and policies that penalize the customer for the service's mistakes. Steer clear.
This company is the worst I've ever ordered from. I received the wrong item, and rather than taking responsibility, they refused to issue a proper refund. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to tell me that I must return the product at my own expense, meaning I not only pay for the return but also lose the money I already spent. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE, it's a scam! I bought a coat from this company, and the item I received was not what I ordered. The quality is poor and the size is too small. I demand a refund, but I have emailed the company and received no response.
Please be cautious. My item was never delivered. I have proof from the courier that it was sent back. I filled out a form stating I did not receive it. I am now over two months in and they still won’t refund me! I email every day asking for a refund! Awful company! They don’t even deserve one star! Please look elsewhere and do not buy from these people.
The item took weeks to arrive and was not what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, they offered a 10% refund and a voucher. I declined and requested a full refund, now waiting for a response. The item was also of extremely poor quality; lesson learned!
I only gave 1 star because I had to put something. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They send completely different items than what you order! They smell terrible! After 3 days of complaining and asking for a refund, I was offered 'cash vouchers' to spend with them, which is a small percentage of what I paid, and as the emails continue, the amount is decreasing! According to consumer rights, if something does not meet what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund. This company is a scam!
