The delivery was on schedule and the packaging was very secure. It took about thirty minutes longer to cook than suggested. Additionally, cooking it breast side down initially resulted in the skin tearing off when we flipped it. We had to cover it with foil to keep it from drying out. Nevertheless, the meat was delicious.
