Despite multiple confirmations, just one hour before the stylist was to arrive, they canceled with no backup options. This left us in a difficult situation on an important day. The company failed to uphold their promises and showed no regard for the stress they caused. I have documentation proving their lack of professionalism, as they assured me everything was 'under control' when it clearly was not. I would advise against using this service.
