My dear Mom, an elderly hospice patient with many special needs, was having a particularly confusing day. However, the representative transformed a challenging situation into a delightful experience. Mom is thrilled with her haircut and style, and the representative provided excellent care and much-needed pampering. I'm sure their patience was tested, but they remained composed and brought joy and music into the day. I am truly grateful and emotional as I reflect on this experience. Thank you so much!
I am very disappointed. Being homebound, I arranged an appointment for a massage, but the service canceled the day before, claiming they had no available therapist. Why allow bookings if there are no therapists? I was already hesitant due to previous negative reviews, and now I understand why. They claimed to have issued a full refund, but I will reach out to my credit card company just to be safe.

I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but my experience was quite disappointing given the price. The technicians arrived about 30 minutes late, and the tools did not seem sterile. They were rinsed in the same foot bath I was using, which made me uncomfortable. All cosmetic products were in unlabeled containers with strong, unpleasant smells. The towels looked dirty, and the nail polishes were not the colors I selected online. Without any warning, the technician filed my nails for regular polish instead of gel, which was not discussed beforehand. I was also not informed that two technicians would arrive, which was inconvenient due to space limitations. They refused to use my own clean tools and towels. The foot massage, which I paid extra for, was average and not worth the additional cost. Overall, for the price of a high-end salon, this service was not worth it. I expected better quality and hygiene.
I want to commend the technician for the excellent service she provided. Currently recovering from a broken leg in a skilled nursing facility, I needed acrylic nails removed and my toenails trimmed. She arrived promptly, understood my needs, and executed the service perfectly. I found her to be very personable and would highly recommend her!
I hired the company for my son’s wedding and paid in full for hair and makeup services for myself and my family. They guaranteed on-site services at our venue. Despite multiple confirmations, just one hour before the stylist was to arrive, they canceled with no backup options. This left us in a difficult situation on an important day. The company failed to uphold their promises and showed no regard for the stress they caused. I have documentation proving their lack of professionalism, as they assured me everything was 'under control' when it clearly was not. I would advise against using this service.
I wish I could give them a zero because it was the worst experience ever. The technician arrived late, and when she finally got there, she had to leave due to a broken heater. After an hour, she returned with a new heater that didn't work either. I agreed to let her come back the next day, but the service was unprofessional. They refused to fix the issues caused by their technician, and it felt like they only cared about the money. I will never use this service again.
