If I could give zero stars, I would, as it would better reflect their customer service. I ordered a specific product but received the wrong item. Their phone system directs you to email, which they never respond to. I returned the product, yet they neither acknowledged my return nor refunded my payment. Instead, I was blocked from their communication channels. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I am left out of pocket for my order.
