I received my packet a lot sooner than expected however the two questionnaire pages were in Spanish. I understand and read Spanish but my children do not. I called and was told another packet would be mailed out. I am now waiting for it to arrive. Service was courteous, and very reassuring. I deeply appreciated being spoken to as an adult since lately it seems many companies, including healthcare providers, speak to the elderly as if we were two year olds.
