Robin Akins was very helpful. I needed copies of the value of my insurance for medicaid. She sent them to my e mail. We talked about my burial insurance and what it all means. What the representative does when I pass for my family. I added more insurance. And aciddental. I just feel more satisfied and at ease now. Thank you Robin.

Talking to Robin Akin was like talking to a friend. She worked with me to find the right policy within my budget. She was NOT pushy at all. She did her follow up calls in a timely manner. After I got my policy in the mail, she went over every question I had. She didn't seem to be in a rush to get me off the phone. As for the policy, I chose to go with Lincoln Heritage for a few reasons, one was the AD&D rider, another was the assistance for my next of kin with finding the right funeral home, and the benefit of transportation assistance if I should pass away more than 200 miles away from home. Thank you,
