Ms. Payne was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in purchasing. The process was easy to complete and the information was easy to undetstand. I appreciate Ms. Payne for her assistance in providing me with peace of mind in taking care of my future funeral needs and her attention to customer service.
