The worst bank in Australia. I opened an account online and ID was verified successfully and my account got created without any issue. Got my internet banking app setup and deposited money. It was working for two days. After 2 days they locked my account. When called they said my ID didnt get verified so i need to send them certified copies by regular mail with a form filled. Why did you open my account if verifications are failed and let give me access to the online banking platform?. Really frustrating and they couldnt resolve this online. Having a bad system like this i asked them to cancel my account and refund the deposit. Looks like they will charge me for transferring that money to my primary bank (as per the guide they sen wqith cancellation emailt). Such a shame of you Heritage bank.
