I SENT A PARCEL USING HERMES PAID EXTRAS SIGNATURE,INSURANCE THE PARCEL WASN'T DELIVERED O FOUND OUT IT WSS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT,WHEN I RANG HERMES IT WAS ALWAYS AN AUTOMATED CALL I SUPPLIED THEM WITH AN RETURN ADDRESS BUT RECEIVED NOTHING. IT'S BEEN 4 WEEKS NOW I'VE JUST BEEN TOLD ITS AT THE POST OFFICE BUT I DON'T KNOW WICH ONE, MY ADVICE DO NOT USE HERMES THEY HAVE GOT A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ON OTHER PLATFORMS.
