The staff’s attitude really stood out—they were approachable, patient, and made me feel at ease throughout.The clinic itself was well-organized, and everything from the surgery to the post-op care was handled smoothly. The transportation arranged by the clinic was also a big plus—everything was punctual and hassle-free, which made the logistics stress-free for me.My only critique would be about the accommodation. I stayed at the Mercure Altunizade Hotel, which I’d rate a 5/10. It was just okay for a short stay of two days, but I wouldn’t personally choose to stay there again. The facilities were average, and it didn’t quite live up to the standard of the rest of the experience. That said, it didn’t detract too much from the overall trip since I was only there briefly.All in all, I’d highly recommend Hermest Hair Clinic for anyone considering a hair transplant in Istanbul. The results speak for themselves, the staff were excellent, and the process was seamless. Just maybe consider exploring other hotel options if you’re looking for something a bit more comfortable. I also stayed longer for Holliday in Istanbul at a other hotel
