They were all very friendly and all the process was planed perfectly. You stay in your hotel, you will be picked up from the hotel and come to the hospital. Than you have your surgery and the next day, they wash your new hair and controll if everything is okay and than you fly home again.
I had an excellent experience with the service. Everything was well-organized, and all my questions throughout the process were addressed. Communication in both German and English was seamless, both before and after, as well as on-site. The procedure took about 6 hours and was pain-free aside from the anesthesia. Now at day 8, the results are looking very promising so far (before shedding). I'm eagerly anticipating the next 8 to 12 months to see the final outcome.

I had an excellent experience with my hair transplant surgery at Hermest Hair Clinic. From airport pickup to hotel accommodation and transfers to and from the clinic and airport, the communication was seamless and well organized. The transportation team did a great job. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located, with easy access to food options and a supermarket. This made it easy to prepare before surgery and rest comfortably afterward.
My coordinator and advisor, Ms. Buket, was extremely thorough during the pre-evaluation process and patiently answered all my questions over the last 2 moths. This made me feel confident and comfortable even before arriving. She helped with planning and scheduling the surgery date. She continued to address my concerns right up until the night before surgery.
On the day of the surgery, my translator, Mr. Alp, was present most of the time during the 4–5 hour procedure and guided me through the entire process. He clearly explained each key step, including the local anesthesia, donor area extraction, and graft transplantation. He did an outstanding job. After the surgery, he explained the cleaning process, bandage removal, and medications.
The following day, the bandage was removed, and washing (slightly painful) and laser light therapy were provided. I was also given the option to purchase an aftercare package that included shampoo, serum, and multivitamins, which I believe is very important and highly recommended.I am currently on day 15 post-surgery, healing well, and receiving regular feedback from Mr.Alp and the aftercare team.

To begin with, the communication was outstanding at every stage. Responses were quick, and support was always accessible. The entire arrangement before and during the stay was very impressive. I never felt lost or overlooked. They provided various translators, so language was never an obstacle. The only aspect I would have preferred to change was the timing of the procedure. I would have liked it to begin earlier in the morning rather than in the afternoon, as the process takes several hours. Everything else was handled very professionally and efficiently. I also appreciated the meal right after the procedure!
