The clinic arranged the hotel as well, and it was perfect—comfortable and fully met all my needs.The next day, the transfer picked me up and took me to the clinic. I was warmly welcomed and guided inside, where I met Alph, the translator who stayed with me throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and was incredibly kind and calm—his presence really helped me relax before the procedure.The operation went exactly as they had described, and afterward, they even offered me dinner before taking me back to the hotel. The following day, I returned for a check-up, and once that was done, the transfer took me to the airport for my flight home.Now, 14 days later, everything has gone just as they said it would, and I’m completely satisfied with the results.Once again, I would like to thank all the staff at Hermest Clinic for their excellent service and professionalism.
