I had a good experience with Hermest. The hair transplant went smoothly, and the hotel was great. Buket helped me with the process before the procedure, Aysegul during the transplant and the day after, and Yanur is helping me with the healing process afterward, and all of them, together with the staff at the clinic were very professional and kind. My only small criticism with the process was that upon arrival they said they were unable to pick me up from the Istanbul bus station (Esenler Otogari) instead of the IST airport (which is much much further away: 25 minutes to the bus station versus 50 minutes to the airport), but they offered to pay for the cost of the taxi ride which was fine.I would definitely recommend them. So far the healing process has been going and looking well, and I look forward to seeing the full results in the coming months.
