Aysegul was by my side throughout the process. She was very kind, professional, and made sure I was informed about what was going on throughout the process. Nur patiently answered all of my questions during consultation and made the booking process very easy. She was always supportive and compassionate when communicating with me. The hotel transport and the hotel they booked all worked out great though the hotel room wasn’t a non-smoking room so it has strong cigarette odor. I don’t smoke nor should anyone who is recovering from a procedure. Other than that, it all went well.
