I don't write reviews but I felt I had to: AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I had a hair transplant with Hermest in April 2024 after reading the great reviews in Google, etc. During the online consultation it wasn't made clear re: the number of possible grafts: I arrived on procedure day to be told I would only be able to have the rear of my head done. Ok, no issue I thought, however after 18 months the growth has been sub-standard; in fact very poor. I complained to Hermest (as they provided a documented lifetime guarantee (if i have 2 PRP treatments; I had 4) but they stated that they're not going to honour the guarantee). I then went to a professional in London who stated that the transplant was poorly performed, the transplanted hairs were too far apart. Take your time to read all the reviews; work out if they're fake. I would advise caution and I do not recommend Hermest
