Hermest was very easy to work with. The most responsive and helpful of any of the hair transplant companies in Istanbul. I had to reschedule my original appt date and they did so without fuss or trying to charge a second deposit. Truely - I had other appts scheduled as well with 2 other big companies (Aygin and Cosmedica) with deposits paid at both just in case - and when I had to reschedule both of those companies became unhelpful and wanted 2nd large non-refundable deposit. Staff at those companies were unhelpful and pushy. Hemest also transplants less patients a day than the “transplant mills” like Aygin and Cosmedica (5-6 pts per day vs 15-20 pts per day). This gives a more personal touch, I feel. Less rushed, more time with patient. As with any company - the physician is only in the room for a moment to check the area and sign off. Technicians do the whole procedure. This is how it’s done in the USA as well. Post surgery I was in constant contact from the team checking in on me.Staff was very nice at the clinic. Easy to talk to and joke with. Have a translator the whole time if needed. Clinic itself is small and not as “grand” as Aygin/Cosmedica but that is reflected in the inflated cost and increased number of patients at those clinics. Everything was clean and sterile. I work in the medical field so was cautious in checking this. I’m post op day 1 - but per the team my sites look great and my grafts couldn’t have been better. In term of surgery - numbing shots were the worst as with anything. Once numb i fell asleep for most of the procedure. Pending results in 7-8 months - I would 100% do it again with Hermest.
