When I first contacted them, they asked detailed questions about my medical conditions and the medications I take. Since I do have some health issues, they consulted their specialists and asked me to do several tests before confirming the procedure. None of the other clinics I contacted showed this level of care, and that really built my trust. When I arrived at the clinic, I immediately felt comfortable. My interpreter, Aysegul, was incredibly kind and supportive. Being alone in a foreign country could have felt stressful, but thanks to her and the rest of the team, I felt completely at ease. Everyone I interacted with was professional, gentle, and caring.It has now been 6 months since my procedure, and I am happy with the progress. Yanur from the Harmest team has been very kind and attentive during these months, regularly checking in with me and asking for photos of my scalp to monitor the results. I really appreciate that they don’t forget about you after the procedure — they continue to monitor your progress and stay in touch. This builds real trust.As they explained, the transplanted hair initially falls out, which can be worrying if you don’t know it’s normal. But after 6 months I can clearly see new hair growth and improved density. People around me have started noticing the difference, and I honestly feel like I look younger now 😜. My donor area also healed very well and still looks dense.Another advantage was the price. Compared to other highly rated clinics I consulted, Harmest provides a premium level of service at a reasonable cost. I had my FUE hair transplant at Hermest Clinic in Istanbul about 3 months ago (around 5,000 grafts, procedure took about 6 hours).The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m not very demanding, but I felt well taken care of before and after the procedure. The package included hotel and transfers, and everything was exactly as agreed. I also received a very good price.So far I can already see nice regrowth and there were no major issues during healing. It’s still early for final results, but at this stage I’m satisfied with my decision. I'm still waiting for the final result
I am now 6 months after my HT. So far everything is going well.My whole experience with Hermest was great. Everyone is super friendly and everything was organised very well.The HT itself is tough and you need to have patience for the final result but so far I am very happy with my choice 😊

I was very impressed with all of the planning which included pick up from the airport, transportation, accommodations, etc. My experience in the clinic was equally as impressive. The entire process was incredibly straight-forward in the beginning, although I was very stressed and a bit anxious about the trip and the results and outcomes.The team was in close contact with me before, during, and after the procedure. The clinic itself is clean and modern, and the Senior Medical Director, Aysegul, was a fantastic guide, putting up with my bad jokes, and checking in constantly during the operation. Most of this review was written just 5 weeks after the surgery, but now that I'm 6 months in, I just wish I had done it sooner. I have the hair I did 15 years ago. I'm genuinely impressed with the results.
