The procedure and clinic staff were very good. Took very good care of me during the operation and were very empathetic throughout. Well organized. Smooth process. Responsive. Best of all, not salesy or pushy, the team guided me to the "right" graft number appropriate for my donor and transplant area and genuinely concerned about me as a patient. Post surgery help/contact from staff/Mustafa for answering all care-related questions has also been great.
I'm in my seventh month after the transplant and very happy with how it's turned out so far. Actually a bit surprised that it already looks this full. I have nothing but positive things to say about the procedure, the medical staff, and the pre- and post-care. I would wholeheartedly recommend the clinic to anyone considering getting a transplant in Turkey!
The process was easy and seamless. I travelled from Canada for the procedure. Travel to hotel and clinic were arranged by the clinic. The hotel I stayed in was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the English speaking interpreter that was provided to me. I am 5 months post procedure and am happy with the results so far.
Great time throughout the whole process with Hermest. The pre screening, travel, and procedure all went smoothly. I have been very impressed with the post care attention as well, receiving regular messages, suggestions, and updates regarding the recovery.
From online consultation, scheduling, and through post-op care, Hermest provided 5 star care and service. The actual procedure came out great (still healing and growing) but two things really stood out to me. The post op care and follow ups were amazing. That was one thing I was concerned about by doing this away from home but Hermest was very responsive to my questions and proactive with checking. Also, the on scene doctor was very involved making sure I was good to go prior to surgery. They were very concerned with patient health and well being, not just the procedure itself. It was a great experience and the entire staff are truly great people. I never felt so cared for during any medical procedure. Thank you to all!!
