The shipping and processing was delayed due to the snow storm. Took a week to process but only 2 days to be delivered. The company replied to my inquiries quickly and professionally. The hair had no smell and is very soft. Looks great put up in a claw clip too. I ordered 22inch. It does has some shedding and its not 22 inches all around. It has layers but the front doesn't hold curls well and is kinda thin. As well as the hairline (kinda thin) so I had to cut the lace a bit more than usual (which is why it'sa 4 star rating). Other than that I love it so far and get a lot of compliments. Will order again.
