Misleading coupon codes and nonresponsiveness to emails sent to their service inbox with proof and social media inbox is a red flag for me. ZERO response to potential customers is just plain laziness and unprofessional.
I ordered a wig from Hermosa hair on Feb 18 and they send me an email on Feb 21st asking me to send a pic of myself holding my ID along with a copy of the card I used. I order from lots of companies such as Luvme hair, Ashimary, Klayki hair and my favorite Ula hair - these are all legitimate companies and I have never EVER had an issue ordering from anyone in my life. With Hermosa hair - they want me to send them pictures so they can lowkey get my identity and 3-digit code from the back of my credit card. PLEASE BEWARE - They are SCAMMING.
The shipping and processing was delayed due to the snow storm. Took a week to process but only 2 days to be delivered. The company replied to my inquiries quickly and professionally. The hair had no smell and is very soft. Looks great put up in a claw clip too. I ordered 22inch. It does has some shedding and its not 22 inches all around. It has layers but the front doesn't hold curls well and is kinda thin. As well as the hairline (kinda thin) so I had to cut the lace a bit more than usual (which is why it'sa 4 star rating). Other than that I love it so far and get a lot of compliments. Will order again.
I absolutely love this wig from Hermosa Hair! The hair is super soft, the transparent lace melts beautifully, and the quality is amazing. It fits perfectly and looks so natural with minimal effort.

Ripped and damaged wig. Tried to exchange but they dont seem interested in making things right. After spending $300 plus for the 4th time with them, it looks like im out of luck. Bad business, I wont ever do business with them again.
Also, I tried leaving a review on their personal site and they are either taking it down or they dont allow negative reviews to be posted.
My order arrived in a timely fashion and the hair is really good quality, it’s true to length and the density is perfect. 10/10 recommend. I will be ordering from this company again.
This was first time ordering from this company but the wig I ordered and received was just as described. Happy with the wig. But the delivery took longer than I expected. I normally receive my wigs within 3-5 business days. I didn’t know this company was overseas. Overall, I had a good experience.
I found it a bit overwhelming to explore so many options since I'm accustomed to just one type of wig. Thankfully, the customer support team assisted me in selecting and adjusting my wig to fit comfortably. The unit I received is stunning, and I'm thrilled to wear it. I will certainly be buying another wig from the company. Additionally, it arrived very quickly!
I'm genuinely pleased with my purchase. I attempted to overlook it on social media, but it kept drawing me back, and I finally gave in. No regrets at all! The hair texture is fantastic, and the wig feels so light. The lace is clear, and I hardly needed to do anything to it.
The delivery took just over a week, but the tracking was exceptional. They followed up with an email to confirm I received my wig. I received free gifts like nails, a hair band, makeup brushes, lashes, and a lovely robe. The wig is fantastic—well-crafted, and although I bleached the knots myself, it was already nicely plucked. The 4c edges give it a natural look once installed. The hair is full and true to length, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Thank you!
