This service is rather disorganized. I like the item I ordered, but I don't love it (the sideboard). The delivery process was fairly smooth, but the sideboard has a somewhat cheap look, with several design aspects that seem neglected. I wanted to share photos and a review on the platform and reached out for help. They mistakenly sent me a link to someone else's order, including personal information. This raises significant concerns! They seem to lack proper management and are careless with customer privacy. I'm quite anxious about how my information has been handled. I cannot recommend this service.
