The products are amazing! Very easy to put together and are solid wood. I had one issue where there was a small chip on a drawer and customer service responded right away with solutions to fix it. I have since ordered 4 additional pieces from Hernest. They are all beautiful pieces and very good quality.
The only downside is that the products were left either by my garage or on the porch and are far to heavy to lift for one person. You will need at least two people to lift this product and get them inside. I would have prefered for them to be delivered inside the house and the box to be put down where the furniture was going to go. Other than that, great products and great service!
