I was redirected to hero-sms.com after SMS-Activate, assuming it was run by the same team. That assumption was wrong.
I tested with a small top-up (3 USDT). The payment went through, but the balance was never credited.
Support first asked me to wait 30 minutes, then 1 hour, then over 2 hours, and finally replied vaguely with “today”.
SMS verification is time-sensitive. Since the balance never appeared, I had to switch to another provider and requested a refund.
At that point, the support attitude became hostile, essentially saying “wait until it arrives, do whatever you want”.
This looks like a platform exploiting the trust of former SMS-Activate users. Please be extremely cautious.
