The worst service I've ever seen for activating SMS codes. The support team is rude and doesn't help at all. All the numbers I've tried don't work, and they even cheat me with top-ups - I topped up my balance by $5 and received $4.93, the number costs $5. I highly do not recommend this service.
I was redirected to hero-sms.com after SMS-Activate, assuming it was run by the same team. That assumption was wrong.
I tested with a small top-up (3 USDT). The payment went through, but the balance was never credited.
Support first asked me to wait 30 minutes, then 1 hour, then over 2 hours, and finally replied vaguely with “today”.
SMS verification is time-sensitive. Since the balance never appeared, I had to switch to another provider and requested a refund.
At that point, the support attitude became hostile, essentially saying “wait until it arrives, do whatever you want”.
This looks like a platform exploiting the trust of former SMS-Activate users. Please be extremely cautious.
