Initially I was very happy with my purchase. But once they had my custom and I wanted to use my warranty as there was a fault with the car, they completely changed. Rude to me on the phone, telling me it's my fault. Telling me I'm lying when I explained that I had done as another of his colleagues had told me to do. Several times he fobbed me off telling me he would call me back and never did. £300 it cost me to get my car fixed. They insulted me by saying they would reimburse me £68. Do not be fooled by the initial kindness of this company, they quickly turn on you
Excellent service ,l was assisted in getting a car of my choice ,they were so patient with me,l was so confused on what car to get but they went through the whole process of choosing the car with me ,giving me different options,l really appreciate u guys ,thank you so much .
From start to finish the whole service was amazing .
