The representative Lisa Rebman was amazing! From the moment she answered the phone I knew she knew her stuff! I had called two numbers at my state prior to correct some auto changes that were done to my policy for 2026 and they gave me all wrong information! I almost gave up! I searched the internet hoping to find a Medicare/medicaid company to help me fix every thing and found Clear Match and Lisa!!!! She helped me so much .. helped me understand and not only fixed the unwanted auto changes but we put together better coverage for my needs! Sales representative knew her job and explained ALL the benefits of the plan in which I enrolled.Please ask her not to vocalize the software’s logic (it’s distracting)… a simply “I’ll look that up for you” (followed by ‘radio silence’) is sufficient.
