Creating custom figures was a dream for many in our international group. We took advantage of a sale and made our purchases through the mobile site. Unfortunately, the slider indicating "unprintable" is hidden and only shows when you slide a choice into the red zone. If you miss it in the small preview before adding to your cart, you're stuck, as the items will automatically be thickened for durability. After several emails, the customer service only suggested, "if you don't like it, return it." If an item is marked unprintable, why can we purchase it without any warning? I'm involved in multiple campaigns and weekly one-shots, and everyone is now discouraged from buying again.
