Some lovely people decided to give me a gift card to Hero Forge. Unfortunately, I find the visual style of their products awkward and have no interest in their products. Apparently none of my otherwise nerdy friends have any interest in their stuff either. So I figured they might be kind enough to refund an unclaimed gift card. Instead they hold tight to pointless rules and have taken the money hostage, wasting the kindness of my friends, and taking money for literally nothing. Such an unkind and selfish company with no empathy or common sense. Edit: After complaining and escalating they made a "special exception" to refund.
