Amazing team and product from the start to the end.The Start...Needed help with making sure our Father and Mother were taking their meds as needed and on time. That lead us to Hero which was a very simple process to get started. At the end we needed to cancel the account. Even though this started with an AI chatbot with me mentioning the passing of our mother, the AI said it was sorry and then was sending me to a live person. I did not hold long enough for an individual to pick up the chat, however a Hero team member reached out afterwards via e-mail, sending us a condolence card which was simply amazing! She also let me know the account was closed and sent return instructions for the Hero along with a prepaid shipping label. So Thank You Hero for the many years of service you've given to both of my parents. Unfortunately, the time has come for now to need to part ways with not only our loved ones but with Hero. Again...Thank You very much for the service provided that helped our family in so many ways. Can't seem to say it enough.
