just checked other reviews and found I'm just one among many who've had the same problem. Started using heron some time ago and was one of the people that said no when a receipt was offered. Just recently started to realise that the prices didn't add up. I started getting my receipt and found i was being over charged especially on 2 for 1items,the shop assistant said that they just hadn't changed the price yet and the products were now full price. This excuse started to become a regular event and when i finally confronted the manager was met by someone who showed no interest at all. I have since contacted heron customer services who said they would look into it,they then sent a £5 voucher by way of an apology. I decided to use another branch of their shop to use the voucher,and once again at the till found i had been charged extra on a item that was clearly advertised at £2. I have since contacted heron,but to no avail. I have also reported them to trading standards. They must be making a large amount of extra money from all us people that don't add up prices or take a receipt. Is this incompetence or a rip off on herons part,needless to say i won't be using heron shops again.
