I have waited for 3 weeks to have someone call me about an error in a cross-stitch product. I was told the person who could help me works only once a week and the person I was speaking to knew nothing about cross stitch. However, someone would call me back. That was two weeks ago.In addition to that, the quality of the lap quilt was not what it appeared to be. I was expecting a lap quilt and what I got was preprinted thin sheet like fabric.
