I've been purchasing yarn from this seller for many years, and I have a suggestion: using a tab at the beginning of the yarn ball would be a fantastic idea! I really enjoy the Bernat Super Saver; it has minimal knots and works beautifully. I particularly love the Worsted Eight yarn, which comes in a wide range of colors, making my projects enjoyable.

I bought a gift card and wanted to switch to an electronic version instead of a physical one. I tried reaching out via phone and chat on their website. They did not respond to any calls or messages. Their customer service is terrible. You can't get in touch with anyone! I can't speak to the quality of their yarn, but if you have any questions regarding your order, you might as well forget it. Very frustrating experience.
This seller offers a fantastic variety of crafting items. Everything arrives well-packaged and as described. Shipping is relatively quick, and items arrive in good condition. Some yarns can be backordered and may take a while to ship, sometimes months. I appreciate the shipping sales, which make a big difference in when I can shop. I would recommend this seller and plan to continue shopping with them.
I've left two voicemails and sent one email to customer service regarding issues with directions for an afghan. That department seems to lack any understanding of 'service.' This isn't my first experience with this seller. Previously, I was told they had reviewed a pattern multiple times and would not assist further, leaving me to figure it out myself. I used to order frequently, but now I'm done. If they can't assist with their own products, they won't be getting my money.
Avoid this seller at all costs; their returns department is terrible. They sent an item we didn't order, which we returned, but we keep getting billed for it. After several calls, I was told it takes months to process returns, and to ignore the bills. Now they claim they will send us to collections if we don't pay.
The shipping fees are outrageous! $13.99 to ship a small package from Wisconsin to South Carolina? Other places offer free shipping. Now, I'm bombarded with daily emails urging me to order more! I won't order from this seller again unless they start offering free shipping like everyone else.
