Yesterday i paid online and booked rental for AED 1412, soon after online payment, the site showed error and my amount was deducted from bank. I called the bank and got the auth code and shared via mail to hurtz reservation team. Till now, they are not responding and asking me to wait, until their concerned dept. get in touch with me. Very poor and bad service. Kindly requesting Hurtz top management call me immedialty for further assistance. 0543093554
