Booked a Specific Car‼️Got Anything But That‼️, Every Time… TerribleI’ve used Hertz UAE several times in the past six months , only because they list the BYD Han, which other companies don’t have.Despite booking this specific model and notifying them days in advance that this is the only reason I’m choosing them, I have three separate times been given completely different cars. Once it was a 4x4 that cost me significantly more in fuel. Another time it was a vehicle not even worth half the value of the BYD Han.Customer service is worse than the car swaps. You call, you email, and you’re told “the concerned department will contact you.” That department appears to be a ghost team — they never call, never follow up, and never resolve anything. Getting refunds or charge clarifications? Nearly impossible.There is zero transparency and no proper system in place. In such a competitive market, this is shocking.If you want to waste time, money, and add stress to your trip, this is the company to book with.
Yesterday i paid online and booked rental for AED 1412, soon after online payment, the site showed error and my amount was deducted from bank. I called the bank and got the auth code and shared via mail to hurtz reservation team. Till now, they are not responding and asking me to wait, until their concerned dept. get in touch with me. I rented a car from Hertz in Dubai and, during the rental, everything went well.I was treated politely by the staff, and I have nothing negative to say about the vehicle itself.However, after the rental period, I have been extremely disappointed with the post-rental follow-up. Despite multiple contacts and reassurances that my case was being reviewed, I have been waiting for a definitive response for a long time, without any clear update or resolution.While the service during the rental was good, the lack of a timely and concrete response afterward has significantly impacted my overall experience.
I have been waiting for my issue to be resolved for about 3 months, but I have not received any response. I rented a car from the Hertz branch at Abu Dhabi airport between May 20-30. I received 8-9 different traffic fines for this car. The fee for the last fine could not be charged because my credit card changed. I have been sending emails and calling for months, but I have not received any response. My credit score has dropped because my identity information shows that the debt has not been paid, and I am having trouble renting cars. The only reason for this is that Hertz has not responded to me for months.
First we arrive at Hertz, I have a reservation for 21.00pm 23rd December, I only get helped at 22.45pm almost a 2 hour wait.. ontop of that the car inside is durty and no one there seems like they want to work or assist there clients.... I get a car which is supposedly Full cause the needle is on the full line, 440km to go, when I go to fill the car its at 565km till empty, and the inside dash is full of dust, and was informed to have the car washed before returning it. I arrive to depart back home 3rd December, no one is there to assist or direct you to where you have to leave the Car, then to be shouted at By some Guy who I assume must be in charge, with no customer skills. YOUS are the cheapest and I understand now why, cause your service towards your customers is disgusting. The only reason for a 1 star is cause of the price to rent, that deserves a star but you Employees need some serious Customer Relations training. Its Disgusting how yous handle Customers i guess its just Money for yous.. I Seriously cant believe that you have such ill mannered Staff, and The attitudes of your employees Seriously needs to be worked on.
HERTZ Airport DubaiWhat is terribele car rent this is!After standing more than a hour in line, they did not have the SUV only small car. I had 4 suite case and a wheelchair, I booked a SUV and they told me, no we do not have this.You can cancel/refund but that did not help, other companies ask double when we standing there.After 3 hours we get a small car and drove twice to the appartment. All was so bad never in my life I rent a car at Hertz Dubai.
Worst customer service. I have been following up since last one month to renew my long term leased car registration but nothing is happening. No reply to emails. Agent on the fone will just forward to other person and the same story continues since last month. My 1st and the last experience will be with the Hertz.
