I had 4 suite case and a wheelchair, I booked a SUV and they told me, no we do not have this.You can cancel/refund but that did not help, other companies ask double when we standing there.After 3 hours we get a small car and drove twice to the appartment. All was so bad never in my life I rent a car at Hertz Dubai.
