First we arrive at Hertz, I have a reservation for 21.00pm 23rd December, I only get helped at 22.45pm almost a 2 hour wait.. ontop of that the car inside is durty and no one there seems like they want to work or assist there clients.... I get a car which is supposedly Full cause the needle is on the full line, 440km to go, when I go to fill the car its at 565km till empty, and the inside dash is full of dust, and was informed to have the car washed before returning it. I arrive to depart back home 3rd December, no one is there to assist or direct you to where you have to leave the Car, then to be shouted at By some Guy who I assume must be in charge, with no customer skills. YOUS are the cheapest and I understand now why, cause your service towards your customers is disgusting. The only reason for a 1 star is cause of the price to rent, that deserves a star but you Employees need some serious Customer Relations training. Its Disgusting how yous handle Customers i guess its just Money for yous.. I Seriously cant believe that you have such ill mannered Staff, and The attitudes of your employees Seriously needs to be worked on.
