I recently booked a car through the Hertz UAE website, expecting a reliable and well-maintained vehicle in line with the Hertz brand. Unfortunately, the car I received was extremely disappointing and way below expectations. It had almost 130,000 km on it, no rear camera, and was noticeably shaky when taking off. Even more concerning, the oil indicator light kept switiching between blue and green, which felt unsafe.This car should not have been listed as an option in the catalog, especially without any advance notice about its condition. A car in this condition should not have been part of the available fleet — it was not what I expected from Hertz.
