The rental process itself went smoothly, but the customer service was appalling. After a brief trip, I returned the vehicle to the airport. In the chaos of transporting my children and luggage, I accidentally left my glasses in the center console. When I called the support team, a representative informed me that they were closed. I simply wanted them to set my glasses aside, but I was told to call back later in the week to retrieve them. When I followed up with the details, they promised to return my call, but that never happened. I then sent an email explaining the situation about my glasses. Eventually, they replied, but only to mention a wallet that they supposedly couldn't find—clearly, they hadn't even read my email properly! Later, I was informed they had found my sunglasses, but I had left my regular glasses. It seems they might discard items when clearing out the car or take other belongings without any concern. Additionally, the service was advertised as being conveniently located at the airport, but it turned out to be a bus ride away, which was not ideal with children in tow.
