I hired a Hertz car in Port Macquarie, then returned it to their airport depot the next day. 20 minutes later I realised that I needed to go back into the town to pick up some stuff - the helpful agent Laura gave me back the keys so I could do this - no questions, no extra charges.You might say it was the right thing to do, but it was so good to see a staff member thinking of helping out the customer.
